Can I customise my golf tour?
Yes. All of our tours are fully customisable — from courses and accommodation to activities and transport.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 6–12 months in advance. For peak season (Dec–Mar), 12+ months is ideal.
What's included in the tour price?
Packages typically include green fees, premium accommodation, transport, and selected experiences. Caddies, club hire, and additional activities can be added.
What's your cancellation policy?
We offer flexible options where possible, including date changes. Full terms are provided at booking.
What courses can I play?
We work with New Zealand's top courses including Kauri Cliffs, Cape Kidnappers, Te Arai, Jack's Point, Millbrook, and more — tailored to your preferences and budget.
Can I play fewer or different courses?
Absolutely. We tailor the itinerary to suit your schedule and playing preferences. Besides our 4 globally ranked courses, we have over 250 more golfing options to choose from, something for every budget and ability.
Are carts, caddies, or club hire available?
Yes. We can arrange carts, caddies (at select courses), and premium club rentals.
Are tours suitable for all skill levels?
Yes. We cater to beginners through to experienced golfers, with optional coaching available.
Is transport included?
Yes. Options include private guided transport or premium self-drive vehicles. We can also arrange domestic flights or helicopter transfers.
Can you organise accommodation and dining?
Yes. We handle accommodation and can recommend or book dining experiences for you.
Can I combine golf with sightseeing?
Definitely. Your itinerary can include wineries, scenic flights, cultural experiences, and more.
When is the best time to play golf in New Zealand?
October to April offers the best conditions. Summer (Dec–Feb) is peak season.
How long should I stay?
7–14 days is ideal to experience top courses across one or both islands.
North Island or South Island — which is better?
North Island has iconic courses but more travel. Queenstown (South Island) offers world-class golf in a compact area.
Do I need a visa or NZeTA?
Most visitors need an NZeTA. Requirements vary by country.
Do I need cash?
No. Credit/debit cards are widely accepted.
What happens if the weather is bad?
We work with courses and providers to reschedule or request refunds where possible, though this is not guaranteed.
What should I bring?
Golf attire, wet weather gear, and layers — New Zealand weather can change quickly.
